​Melissa has spent 24 years in tech recruitment within large agency environments, so she is loving the vibrant energy, unique culture, agility and flexibility of a boutique firm.

She is most excited for the impactful contributions she can make both in and on the business especially within the contingent recruitment space as she joins BLACKROC to grow the contracting arm of the business.

Melissa gets the most satisfaction from helping Clients achieve their project outcomes and being part of their business success. She prides herself on making Contractors feel valued and part of our team beyond merely making the placement.

With almost 25 years’ experience working in the tech recruitment industry, Melissa brings to BLACKROC her experience building large contingent workforces along with her extensive management experience in running large recruitment businesses.

Outside of recruitment, you will find Melissa outdoors water skiing, snow skiing, boating, fishing or at an AFL game. She loves watching her son play AFL or going to see the Brisbane Lions.
