She loves the variety in her role and being able to support the team across all verticals as well as for events.

Tayla is always ready to bring positive vibes to work and being an empath, she is very approachable and genuinely gets along with everyone. Tayla is also always up for a challenge and have we mentioned she is hilarious.

Tayla comes from a strong background in administrative and HR based roles. She has gained valuable experience in her previous roles in how to build strong relationships, succeed under pressure, meet strict deadlines and effectively manage her time effectively as well as the importance of confidentiality, accountability and taking on challenges to better yourself and your abilities.

When she isn't making sure BLACKROC is operating efficiently, Tayla loves a routine outside of work too. Most days look the same for her of gym, eat, sleep repeat. If gym counts as a hobby, that's one for Tayla. She is also very family oriented so you will find her spending a lot of her free time catching up with them as part of her routine too.
