Business Analyst.

Blackroc is working on multiple Business Analyst opportunities. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in the organisation, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and develop strategies to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.
• Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Develop functional specifications and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
• Analyse data to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
• Facilitate communication between business units and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

About you:

• 5+ years  experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Dynamics experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Visio, JIRA, SQL).
• Understanding of business process modelling, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
