BLACKROC is working with a growing NFP organisation based in Brisbane who are seeking an experienced Business Systems Specialist to ensure the stability, integrity, and seamless operation of their business systems. This role focuses on cloud-based system integration, performance, and security while supporting our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer user roles and access via Azure AD
- Ensure business systems are configured and fit-for-purpose
- Manage SLAs with external suppliers
- Minimise service interruptions through incident and problem management
- Assist in the integration of business systems with data/reporting infrastructure
- Document business requirements and manage system changes effectively
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and end-user training
- Liaise with vendors for support
- 5+ years of business systems/application support experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and M365
- Proficiency in DevOps and requirements analysis
- Strong problem-solving, customer service focus, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
