Change Analyst.

Our client is wanting to move from Citrix to Windows 365, we are looking for an Change Analyst for a 3 month assignment.

You must be living in Australia to be considered for this role.

The rate is $85 p/hour inclusive of super.

You will:

1. Identify the Personas/Use Cases and suitability for Windows 365
2. Complete Platform Technical Readiness/Remediation
3. Conduct a Production Pilot
4. Conduct Training & Comms for Pilot
5. Create a High-Level Rollout Plan for their next phase

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• A proven track record in technology change analyst roles, preferably within financial services
• Certification in Change Management (PROSCI/ADKAR/or similar).
• Comprehensive understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
