Change Analyst.

We are working with an Australia-wide company that is currently undergoing a major organisational transformation. We’re looking for an hands-on Change Analyst in Brisbane to join the organisation’s whole-of-business transformation program. This is a 6 month contract.
  
This position is critical in ensuring changes are well-coordinated, free of clashes, and effectively communicated. You’ll collaborate with executive leaders, business SMEs, and technical teams.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and manage change impacts.
• Coordinate training and stakeholder communication.
• Map dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Embed and sustain changes for long-term success.
