An organisation in financial services that is changing it's 'ways of working' is looking for a Change Manager to to lead the development and embedding of new enterprise delivery frameworks as they transform their PMO.
You will possess a deep understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks or capability uplift and change leadership in diverse organisational environments.
This is a 18 month Permanent Fixed Term opportunity.

- Extensive experience in developing and embedding new enterprise delivery frameworks or capability uplift in delivery environments
- Proven track record of successful change leadership in organisations with varying levels of maturity
- Strong presence and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders
- Expertise in developing change management strategies and risk mitigation plans
- MOP or MSP certification
You will:
- Develop and embed enterprise delivery frameworks, encompassing transformation to continuous improvement
- Drive capability uplift in delivery environments of varying maturity level
- Lead change strategies in low-maturity project governance and delivery environments
- Exhibit a strong presence within the project team and with stakeholders, leading engagement activities and delivering bespoke change management interventions
- Coach senior leaders on new concepts and embed these in their behaviours
- Leverage senior leaders' influence in strategy, planning, and execution of change management to drive top-down behaviour change
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies to address resistance
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support change management efforts and contribute to the development of new artefacts, processes, and tools for the enterprise delivery framework
