Change Manager.

An organisation in financial services that is changing it's 'ways of working' is looking for a Change Manager to to lead the development and embedding of new enterprise delivery frameworks as they transform their PMO.
  
You will possess a deep understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks or capability uplift and change leadership in diverse organisational environments.
  
This is a 18 month Permanent Fixed Term opportunity.
  
Our ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in developing and embedding new enterprise delivery frameworks or capability uplift in delivery environments
• Proven track record of successful change leadership in organisations with varying levels of maturity
• Strong presence and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders
• Expertise in developing change management strategies and risk mitigation plans
• MOP or MSP certification

  
You will:

• Develop and embed enterprise delivery frameworks, encompassing transformation to continuous improvement
• Drive capability uplift in delivery environments of varying maturity level
• Lead change strategies in low-maturity project governance and delivery environments
• Exhibit a strong presence within the project team and with stakeholders, leading engagement activities and delivering bespoke change management interventions
• Coach senior leaders on new concepts and embed these in their behaviours
• Leverage senior leaders' influence in strategy, planning, and execution of change management to drive top-down behaviour change
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies to address resistance
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support change management efforts and contribute to the development of new artefacts, processes, and tools for the enterprise delivery framework
