A leading electricity company in Brisbane are seeking an
Organisational Change Lead to drive their strategic digital initiatives and enhance adoption of the ServiceNow platform. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and embedding change initiatives that align with the client's digital transformation goals. Working across key projects, you’ll focus on delivering seamless change experiences for teams while supporting innovation and operational efficiency.

Organisational Change Lead to drive their strategic digital initiatives and enhance adoption of the ServiceNow platform. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and embedding change initiatives that align with the client's digital transformation goals. Working across key projects, you’ll focus on delivering seamless change experiences for teams while supporting innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed change plans integrated with project lifecycles.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to prioritise and manage change impacts effectively.
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact analyses, training needs assessments, and develop business readiness action plans.
- Identify change-related risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support the onboarding of new ServiceNow features, such as HR Case Management, DevOps integration, automation uplift, and enterprise rostering.
- Develop and deliver targeted communication strategies and training materials to facilitate adoption of new processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with ring-fencing parameters and maintain confidentiality across teams.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or certification in a recognised change management framework.
- 5+ years of experience leading organisational changes in large, complex environments.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and challenge the status quo to promote adoption of new practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking with a tactical approach to simplify complexity and develop actionable plans.
- Experience leading teams to deliver change outcomes at a program or stream level.
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with managing change in waterfall, agile, or hybrid project environments.
