About the Role
As a Digital & eCommerce Manager, you will be instrumental in redefining our digital strategy across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include;
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing online sales strategies to meet business goals and increase revenue.
  • Website Management: Overseeing the company's website and ensuring it is user-friendly, optimised for search engines, and aligned with our strategic branding initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as social media, email, and paid advertising, to attract and engage the right customers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analysing website performance, customer behaviour, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including brand & Digital marketing, UX/UI design, and customer service, to enhance the overall digital customer experience.
  • Customer Insights: Gathering and utilising customer feedback and market research to tailor offerings and improve user experience.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets for digital marketing initiatives and eCommerce operations to maximise ROI.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrated experience in driving online sales and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, that get results. 
  • A track record of successfully improving website performance through systematic testing and various CRO strategies. This involves analysing user behaviour, identifying bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, and implementing data-driven changes that lead to measurable increases in conversion rates.
  • Extensive experience in a business-to-consumer eCommerce setting, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. This background equips you to develop targeted marketing strategies, enhance user experience, and drive customer loyalty in a competitive online marketplace.
  • Proficiency in utilising tools like GA, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to gather insights into user behaviour, and track key performance indicators, to inform strategic decisions. This experience enables the identification of trends and opportunities for optimisation across digital channels.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of digital professionals, including UX/UI designers, content creators, and brand marketing specialists. This involves fostering collaboration, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
