In this role, you will work closely with clients to help grow their business and brand using these digital specialities, so it is important you have a strong understanding and/or working knowledge to be able to manage client expectations and guide them in the right direction.

Does this sound like you?
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience consulting on digital marketing
- Genuinely enjoy problem-solving challenging issues for clients
- Highly organised, ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- 1+ years experience implementing SEO and SEM campaigns
- Used Google Analytics or similar to report and optimise digital campaigns
- Comfortable with pitching and selling additional services to clients
- Personable, easy-going and passionate about all things digital
You will:
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful digital marketing results for clients
- Work with clients from brief, strategy development, implementation to reporting and optimisation
- The point of contact for multiple clients and help understand their business goals
- Be a strong leader and mentor for the team of Digital Account Managers
- Proactively work with clients to develop a digital marketing strategy
- Implement and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns for clients
- Provide strategic advice to the team for their clients and to clients
- Report to the leadership team on key metrics for the digital marketing department
