We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with experience in Automation Testing for a role on a contract basis to work within the federal government sector to support a significant .NET upgrade project.
We expect this role to be 80% .NET Development and 20% Automation Testing with Selenium / SpecFlow.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable web applications tailored to meet the unique needs our client’s organisation. You will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of the applications during the .NET upgrade and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute automated tests, helping to deliver their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Specflow.
- Assist in containerizing .NET services in AWS.
- Manage the upgrade from .NET Framework to .NET Core (.NET 3.1 to .NET 6).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Provide insights for process improvements and testing strategies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong experience with Selenium and Specflow.
- Expertise in containerizing .NET services in AWS.
- Proven experience upgrading .NET Framework to .NET Core (.NET 3.1 to .NET 6).
- Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- General AWS knowledge.
- Familiarity with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
- Experience with OpenID and OIDC protocols (desirable)
- Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizenship.
