A leading digital agency based in Brisbane is looking for a Head of Digital and Commercial to own their Digital Marketing and Sales functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing their digital marketing team and driving their commercial operations.

What we’re looking for:
 

• Expertise in digital marketing, commercial acumen, and agency operations
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, pitching to clients, and upselling services
• Experience leading high-performing marketing teams within an agency environment
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, including the ability to manage senior-level expectations and secure long-term partnerships  

You will…

• Manage and mentor a small digital marketing team, helping them refine their strategies and review ongoing campaigns
• Pitch the agencies services to potential clients, identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell additional services to existing clients
• Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the agency’s long term vision, including growth strategies and service offerings
