As a member of the Digital Portfolio Support Team who are responsible for the delivery of ICT projects, this role is to provide support to Platform Managers and Project Managers within this group through the provision of administrative and general support functions to ensure the project objectives are met.

Our ideal candidate will have experience using Project Management tools, and have experience in financial information reporting.
  
You will:
  
- Provide necessary support to key project personnel.
- Coordinate requirements gathering workshops and project meetings, including minute-taking and document distribution.
- Manage Project SharePoint sites and document repositories.
- Document, update, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Assist in compiling business, technical, and project documentation, including end user requirements.
- Aid in preparing project status reports using Digital Project Management tools and processes.
- Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of schedules.
- Assist Project Managers in tracking project budgets and conducting financial reconciliations.
- Help process supplier invoices under the guidance of Project Managers.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients/suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to Safety & Environmental Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity objectives, promoting workplace safety, equality, and quality assurance.
  
What we're looking for:
  
- Proficiency in supporting management, effectively prioritising tasks, and multitasking within a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in utilising the MS Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Possess a high-level comprehension of project management processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in constructing and managing project-related documents, including financial documentation.
- Experienced in coordinating meetings, presentations, workshops, and information sessions both internally and externally within a digital office setting.
- If you're experienced in utilising Project Management Tools such as MS Project and/or Artemis, coupled with comprehensive expertise in financial information reporting this is advantageous.
