Portfolio Support Officer.

We’re partnering with a leading Australian Electricity company that is undergoing a major digital transformation, connecting people, systems, and data to build the utility of the future. They are looking for a Portfolio Support Officer to join their Digital Portfolio Support Team and support the delivery of key ICT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and project support to Platform Managers and Project Managers.
• Organise and coordinate workshops, meetings, and presentations, including minute-taking and document management.
• Maintain project SharePoint sites and document repositories.
• Track and report on project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports and financial reconciliations.
• Support budget tracking, supplier invoice processing, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

• Experience in project coordination, administration, or stakeholder support in a dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or SAP 
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
