The Product Lead plays a key role in delivering innovative technologies for customers. As this is a newly created role you will have the opportunity to define and embed Product best practices for the organisation. You will have hands-on experience managing product teams including product launches. Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and coaching a team of Product Managers and Product Owners with a focus on best practice and process uplift
- Drive a customer and data-first mindset, setting and maintaining the framework to analyse important product metrics
- Own and drive the product roadmaps across multiple customer journeys
- Liaise with the Head of Product and your peer-level Product Lead for input into the overall product strategy and roadmaps
- Ensure Product Managers are leading the strategy and discovery of their key vertical
- Oversee day-to-day product development and product launches, ensuring you meet quality and performance standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that arise from new product launches
- Identify opportunities and proactively improve the Product practice, working
- closely with Product Operations to develop new processes and frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders (including senior leadership) for alignment
- Actively participate in activities that highlight the value of Product to Senior Leadership and business stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing Product teams
- Demonstrate inspiring leadership, motivating Product teams, and achieving organisational goals in a timely manner
- A well-developed Product toolbox and the ability to lead, advise and coach your team members
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their application
- Evidence of improving product and business outcomes, delivery processes, and measurement
- Superior stakeholder management and communication skills - an ability to build and manage relationships and create alignment is critical
- Highly developed organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities to meet competing deadlines, at pace
