- Provide advice and guidance on organisational and technical requirements.

- Provide strategic direction in the development of project documentation.
- Manage project outcomes in line with best practice guidelines and organisational methodologies.
- Develop submissions, briefs, and papers to support governance requirements.
- Experience in delivering large scale, complex, and high-risk projects.
- Exceptional program/project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience in managing major program budgets.
- Strong negotiation, consultation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with the health environment is desirable.
