Project Manager - ServiceNow.

BLACKROC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects in a large, dynamic organisation. This 12-month engagement offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, reporting to both the Manager of IT Service Operations and the Project Management Capability Lead.
  
You will work on two projects:

• The Enterprise Rostering & Alerting project uses ServiceNow to manage after-hours availability, notifications, and alerts, starting with the Digital division.
• The ServiceNow Enhancement project improves service delivery with new features like HR case management, Teams integration, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ServiceNow projects with precision and efficiency.
• Manage external delivery partners and vendors effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Navigate scope, risks, issues, and dependencies with a strong IT foundation.
• Deliver the project on time and within budget, while effectively managing scope, risks, and dependencies.

About You:

• 5+ years of project management experience in large organisations.
• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow projects at scale.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and project discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Resilience under pressure and effective conflict management skills.
