We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our business and contribute to the next phase of our exciting growth chapter.
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Directors, which is a critical growth role within BLACKROC Recruitment. This position is responsible for overseeing contracts administration, sales administration, internal and external events management (~two per quarter), and enhancing our sales support processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and a passion for supporting a competitive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contracts Administration: Manage and streamline the contracts process, ensuring compliance and efficiency, liaising with our candidates and providing seven-star customer service.
- Sales Administration: Oversee sales data management, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute two internal and external events per quarter, fostering team engagement and client relationships.
- Sales Support Processes: Develop and refine sales support processes to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics and provide insights to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role within a sales environment.
- Careful attention to detail, and forward-thinking organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within teams.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Please note that this role is requiring someone great to work side by side us five days a week, in the Brisbane CBD. The office is brand new, in a very handy location, very close to public transport, with a fully equipped gym on the ground level.
