About the Role:
You will look after a critical product area, and work end-to-end through user research, interviews, prototyping, wireframes and hi-fi mockups, as well as contributing to the design system. As a Senior Product Designer, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the junior designers, and be willing to collaborate and share frequently with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product goals and user needs, translating them into compelling design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all design decisions.
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Design experience in a B2B environment
- Strong experience and skills across both UX and UI design
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong Figma prototyping skills
