Senior Project Manager.

A leading energy provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Digital Division. This critical role will lead the delivery of IT infrastructure projects, starting with the Windows 11 Upgrade, targeting approximately 11,000 devices. The role is key to ensuring timely, secure, and cost-effective project outcomes aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects using predictive and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the Windows 11 Upgrade, ensuring compatibility, security, and stability for workstations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to meet project objectives.
• Manage risks, opportunities, and dependencies while maintaining cost, time, and quality tolerances.
• Provide leadership, ensure effective team collaboration, and maintain high project management standards.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure projects within large organisations.
• Expertise in risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to health, safety, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Desirable: Formal project management qualifications and experience within a Government-Owned Corporation.
