What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Be at the forefront of building a high-velocity, results-driven technology team focused on meaningful outcomes.
- Join and continue to foster an environment where egos are left at the door, and everyone works together towards common goals.
- Leverage your expertise to challenge established norms, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition.
- Play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s five-year goals, including a potential acquisition by a global player.
- A leader who prioritises results over titles focused on driving productivity and team efficiency.
- Software technology stack is not as important, as your software people leadership skills and delivering on the group's goals.
- Experience building and managing lean, high-impact technology teams.
- A down-to-earth attitude; shorts, tees, and sneakers are the office uniform.
- An understanding that domain knowledge in healthcare is a bonus but not essential.
- A proven track record of delivering high-velocity outcomes in fast-paced environments.
