What We’re Looking For

• A leader who prioritises results over titles focused on driving productivity and team efficiency.
• Software technology stack is not as important, as your software people leadership skills and delivering on the group's goals.
• Experience building and managing lean, high-impact technology teams.
• A down-to-earth attitude; shorts, tees, and sneakers are the office uniform.
• An understanding that domain knowledge in healthcare is a bonus but not essential.
• A proven track record of delivering high-velocity outcomes in fast-paced environments.
