Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with payroll administration for over 100 contractors.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and data entry.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to support financial operations.
- Previous experience in finance administration is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
