BLACKROC are currently looking for a GM, Sales & Customer Success with a strong operational focus to lead the scaling phase of this SaaS business.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing the operational growth and optimization of both sales and customer success teams during a SaaS business scale-up.
You will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure the successful implementation and growth of both SME and Enterprise sales teams.

You will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure the successful implementation and growth of both SME and Enterprise sales teams.
The role in a nutshell:
- Lead and optimize sales and customer success teams during the SaaS scale-up phase.
- Oversee performance and growth of SME sales and customer success representatives.
- Refine processes for onboarding, churn mitigation, and customer retention.
- Drive system improvements and CRM optimization to support growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CEO to resolve operational roadblocks and improve team performance.
- Extensive experience in SaaS operations and management, with a focus on the scaling phase of a business - this is KEY.
- Experience managing sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and operational processes.
- Proven ability to optimize operations and drive growth during a SaaS scale-up phase.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
