I'm working with a high-growth healthcare technology business, who is seeking a dynamic general manager to head up a healthcare division within their group.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A demonstrated history of entrepreneurship, including successfully founding, scaling, and exiting a small business within the past three years. This experience should reflect your capability to innovate, lead, and deliver results in a competitive environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead strategic planning and execution to enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.
• Interstate and overseas travel will be required from month to month, so prepare for the fact that you will be required to travel, likely a lot.
• Drive business growth while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
• Mentor and manage a team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
