BLACKROC is pleased to be working alongside a large NFP as they undertake a transformative implementation project. Ideally, you will have some experience working with HRIS or Payroll implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Integration stream section/s of the HRIS project, ensuring timely delivery of integration feeds and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand integration requirements, aligning them with long-term organisational goals.
- Lead and facilitate discussions to identify current and future technology needs, ensuring adaptable and scalable solutions.
- Document integration processes, streamline methodology, and provide hands-on support for issue resolution.
- Prior experience designing scalable integration solutions aligning with infrastructure and guiding principles.
- Extensive knowledge of integration methodologies, iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, Azure), relational databases, and API integration.
- Led integration teams in a complex environment, demonstrating expertise in various integration technologies.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience across any of Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle highly regarded.
