A rapidly growing organisation based in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Systems and Support Specialist to lead and manage their internal IT environment. You will focus on enhancing employee productivity by supporting a fleet of Mac and Windows devices and managing various cloud SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude toward improving IT systems.

- Collaborate with teams to identify gaps, optimize platforms, and monitor expenses.
- Contribute to IT strategy, focusing on scalability and growth.
- Broad technical expertise across multiple technologies.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and creating solutions.
- Experience with Google Workspaces.
- Hands-on experience with RMM and EDR solutions (e.g., NinjaOne, SentinelOne).
- Scripting skills (e.g., Powershell, Linux shells) to manage devices at scale.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and cybersecurity.
