Junior Data Analyst.

A government-owned organisation is updating its Enterprise Asset Management and Resource Planning technology, focusing on simplification for field-based staff while upgrading to a newer software version for alignment with the current tech stack and utilisation of new features.

They require a Data Analyst to join the team with ideally some experience in the SAP tech stack applied to ERP/EAM processes.  In addition, this role will be given guidance and support by peer Data Migration Specialists in the team.

Responsibilities:

• Run the business-as-usual process of maintaining Fleet data for a interim period of time.
• Work closely with a mixture of internal and external staff and ensure the effective alignment and work on assigned data migration activities and solutions to an agreed schedule.
• Navigate and analyse data challenges related to ETL from legacy systems to the new SAP S/4HANA system.
• Develop, maintain, and manage data related artefacts required for delivery across each phase of the program. This includes performing data assessment, data profiling and working on data quality to identify issues and working with stakeholder to get them cleansed.
• Provide comprehensive support data defects resulting from migration activities.

Experience:

• Proficient in Data Analysis Tools: Should have strong experience with tools such as MS SQL for at least 1-2 years.
• Ability to analyze datasets and turn them into actionable understanding
• Experience working with data project with core focus in Enterprise Asset Management module
• Experience of understanding conversions, data cleansing, mapping, data reconciliation and data resolution activities
