Position Overview:
Our client is seeking Senior Platform Engineers to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in an agile environment, designing, implementing, and enhancing tools and processes that automate the deployment of secure software solutions and infrastructure. This position bridges Infrastructure & IT Operations with Development, leading the development of a scalable, secure cloud platform specifically for AI/ML-driven cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led the creation and improvement of automation tools for our client's cybersecurity platform, ensuring secure and efficient software and infrastructure, such as code deployment.
• Drive the implementation of complex CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, and SonarQube, with a strong emphasis on security integration.
• Contribute to architecting a secure, scalable cloud foundation tailored for cybersecurity applications, enhancing AI/ML capabilities.
• Implement and evolve security DevOps practices to protect against cyber threats, ensuring platform resilience.
• Work closely with application development teams to align and influence DevOps practices for faster, secure delivery.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, breaking down complex security challenges into actionable sprint deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in secure coding with languages like Golang and Python.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines with a security-focused approach.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Google AI Platform services for secure, scalable solutions.
• Skilled in using tools like Dynatrace to monitor distributed systems in cybersecurity contexts.
• Mastery of Git, including implementing branching strategies and release processes for secure code deployment.
• Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts, foster collaboration, and engage with stakeholders on cybersecurity matters.

Bonus Points, if you have:

• Cyber Security Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly valued.
• Experience with Security Compliance: Knowledge in areas like ISO27001, SOC2, or GDPR compliance.
