BLACKROC is currently working with a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing healthcare in Queensland. We are actively seeking an Technical Integration Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves contributing to a substantial and intricate HRIS program.
As a Technical Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure the successful integration of HRIS with other downstream and third-party systems.

As a Technical Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure the successful integration of HRIS with other downstream and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the project team and engage with business stakeholders to comprehend both internal and external technical requirements.
- Work in conjunction with stakeholders to scrutinise and document data integration needs, formulate integration strategies, and chart the flow of data from source to target systems.
- Conduct analysis and develop solutions for technical program deliverables, encompassing pre-validation of data from legacy source systems, establishment of cleansing rules, and considerations for security, identity management, and network infrastructure.
- Identify technical opportunities and potential impacts on downstream and third-party solutions.
- Assist the HRIS Test Lead in addressing technical testing risks and implementing mitigations.
- Offer technical advice and support for cutover activities and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, systems, integrations, data migration, and testing approaches
- Possess substantial experience in business analysis and requirements gathering within large and complex programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to design IT solutions within intricate programs, engaging in business process modeling, and documenting data and systems.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and the capability to provide technical leadership to team members.
- Experience with Large HRIS/HCM related programs
