Finance Manager.

BLACKROC is hiring a New Finance Manager to join our expanding team. With our contractor base growing beyond 100, this role provides a unique opportunity to lead finance and payroll in a dynamic, supportive environment. Reporting to our industry-leading Business Director, you'll collaborate with our administration team and a top-tier global tax & finance advisory firm to:

• Ensure compliance with PAYG and Superannuation, adeptly managing varying contractor rates.
• Develop strategies that reflect the nuances of contractor employment, ensuring state-specific compliance.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow with precision, tailoring financial plans to our growth trajectory.
• Work closely with sales directors to provide financial insights, enhancing our business strategy.
• Uphold the highest audit compliance standards and manage tax obligations, including FBT.
• Utilise and integrate cutting-edge financial technology that respects state regulations, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
