About the Company:

This is a high-growth B2B SaaS business, with over 55,000 users globally and a suite of innovative products that allow their clients to reach their full potential in the service provided to their customers. At a pivotal time in their growth journey, they are looking for a Product Manager to join the team as they continue to expand globally and evolve their product offering. Working collaboratively in a cross-functional team, you will drive the product lifecycle and ensure products shipped continue to add value for users.

About the Role:

As Product Manager, you will help influence and drive the execution of strategic product decisions and manage the product roadmap. You will work across entire product lifecycle, focusing on cross-functional collaboration to ensure the planning and successful execution of Market leading products and features that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform the
    product roadmap
  • Help define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and goals in collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Analyse product requirements and gaps and develop suitable programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
  • Influence cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely
    delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Prepare detailed product requirements based on agreed product opportunities which include new feature developments and existing feature improvements
  • Scope product needs and create business plans, prototypes, and mock-ups to support successful product delivery
  • Prioritize feature development based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities
  • Champion the user experience by collaborating with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
    and workflows
  • Understand the user journey and identify ways to test and prove new products, tools, and feature concepts
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product usability
  • Collaborate with Marketing team members to ensure successful product launches
  • Monitor product adoption, usage metrics and customer feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase user engagement, retention and growth.
About You:
  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Ability to engage with engineers, designers and stakeholders to develop constructive and collaborative relationships
  • Proficient in using data to drive decisions and solve problems (both qual and quant)  with a pragmatic approach to decision making
  • You are a solution-focused critical thinker with good attention to detail, and love to work at pace
