Product Owner you will work closely with customers, Senior Product Managers and stakeholders to drive the product strategy and objectives. Product Owner you will work closely with customers, Senior Product Managers and stakeholders to drive the product strategy and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer within the team, collaborating with the Product Manager and stakeholders to identify customer needs and define the vision and objectives for development.
- Prioritize ideas and product enhancements based on their potential for customer and business impact.
- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Product team.
- Drive sprint backlog prioritization and oversee the creation of user stories for development sprints.
- Utilize research, insights, and data to inform product iterations and enhancements.
- Articulate the product vision to the delivery team, conveying the business benefits and fostering alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure usability, refine story elaboration, and define acceptance criteria.
- Partner with the Product Manager and stakeholders to shape long-term vision and strategy.
- Assist the Product Manager in crafting business cases for new product development.
- Monitor product outcomes, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
- Effectively manage senior stakeholders' expectations to optimize product value.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a B2C setting.
- Proven understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- Passion for discovery and a strong advocate for product-led thinking.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, adept at documenting user journeys and crafting user stories.
- Skilled in analysis, requirement documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Adept communicator, experienced liaising with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative teamwork.
