We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role is a key part of the Correspondence Management Project (CMP), aimed at replacing legacy applications and enhancing information management capabilities.

- Analyse current state processes and develop future state business process maps.
- Engage with stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners to ensure smooth transition to the new ECM solution.
- Support design, data migration, testing, deployment, and handover activities.
- Provide leadership and hands-on business analysis to meet project objectives within scope, timelines, and budget.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to support implementation.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in drafting transition-to-support documents and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst implementing enterprise-wide ICT solutions.
- Strong ability to analyze and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Experience working within large, complex, government or highly regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ECM solutions and correspondence management systems is highly desirable.
