About the role:
We are looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant with a focus on Finance and Operations.

In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to manage Business-As-Usual (BAU) tasks, enhancements, and financial system improvements. You will also contribute to functional design documents (FDD) and play a key role in financial modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash and Bank Management, and General Ledger (GL).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to support financial operations within D365 FinOps.
  • Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDD) and process documentation.
  • Provide expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledgers, and Cash and Bank Management.
  • Work within a newly established in-house functional and technical team.
  • Assist in ongoing system enhancements and optimisations.
  • Gain deep knowledge of business operations and contribute to process improvements.
  • Work closely with the Senior Functional Consultant and receive mentorship, with the expectation of growing into an autonomous role.
What we are looking for:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 FinOps, specifically in:
    • General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ideally Cash and Bank Management.
  • A background in Accounting or Finance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior consultants.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or training.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
