Change Manager.

Join a transformational cloud program, driving change across all levels of the organisation. As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies. You’ll engage with stakeholders, foster a culture of transparency, and lead initiatives that support employees through change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Design training programs and support materials for smooth transitions.
• Identify and address resistance through targeted interventions.
• Establish metrics to measure the impact of change initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, program managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain comprehensive change documentation and governance records.
• Support reporting requirements for the program.

Skills & Experience Essential:

• 10+ years of experience in change management.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to uplift change management maturity through knowledge sharing.

Desirable:

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Experience in transformational programs and/or projects.
• Knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and e-learning platforms (e.g., Udemy).
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
