About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join a large-scale finance and procurement transformation program.

This is a hands-on delivery role, working closely with the Change Lead, program streams and business stakeholders to translate process and system changes into clear impacts for teams and individuals. The program includes D365 Finance, Coupa and EPM.

This is an ASAP start, with the contract running through to 30 June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Change Lead, program streams and business stakeholders
Translate process and system changes into clear impacts for teams and individuals
Deliver change impact analysis and role-level impacts
Drive business readiness and adoption
Develop and deliver change communications and presentations
Run workshops, briefings and leader engagement
Conduct training needs analysis and support Change Champions

Requirements

Experienced Change Analyst with exposure to large, complex transformation programs
Proven change impact analysis and role-level impact delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Experience driving business readiness and adoption
Skilled in change communications and presentations
Experience running workshops, briefings and leader engagement
Experience with training needs analysis and Change Champion support

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

D365 Finance, Coupa or EPM program experience
Finance, ERP, shared services or enterprise systems background
