About This Role

BLACKROC is partnering with a leading organisation to identify an experienced EPM Implementation Lead to play a key role in a large-scale Finance & Operations transformation program. This is an opportunity for a finance and systems professional who understands how finance operates and can translate business requirements into practical, effective enterprise performance management solutions.

Working closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders and an external implementation partner, you will take ownership of the EPM workstream, helping deliver improved financial planning, reporting, consolidation and analytics capabilities across the organisation.

You will act as the internal lead for the EPM solution, overseeing the journey from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment and stabilisation.

You will bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the solution meets business needs, integrates effectively with the broader ERP environment and delivers meaningful improvements in reporting, planning and decision-making.

You bring a strong combination of finance knowledge, enterprise systems experience and project delivery capability. You understand the practical realities of financial planning and reporting and can confidently work across technical teams, implementation partners and senior business stakeholders.

If you combine strong finance fundamentals with enterprise systems expertise and enjoy turning complex business requirements into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
