Project Manager

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology modernisation and transformation projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables
• Coordinate technical delivery teams and work packages across multiple streams
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and assurance processes
• Engage with senior stakeholders, project boards and technical teams
• Support change management, communication and benefits realisation activities
• Ensure project outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards

Requirements

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation projects, including legacy system modernisation, platform migrations or large-scale system replacements
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation to completion
• Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in complex enterprise, government or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ways of working
• Experience using project delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience across both public and private sector environments
• Agile or Scrum qualifications
