About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join a large-scale government ICT environment, supporting critical business applications across SAP and Salesforce platforms.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced support professional who enjoys investigating complex issues, working with stakeholders and driving effective incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Support critical business applications across SAP and Salesforce platforms
Investigate, triage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents
Work across business teams and external vendors
Support system testing, UAT and software release cycles

Requirements

5+ years' experience in ICT application support
Hands-on experience supporting SAP or Salesforce platforms
Strong understanding of ITIL, incident management and ITSM tools
Experience investigating, triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across business teams and external vendors
Experience supporting system testing, UAT and software release cycles
Australian Citizenship is mandatory
Must be eligible to obtain NV1 security clearance

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting skills will be highly regarded
